My package got disconnected after new trai rules got implemented. Only few channels somewhere 10 channels are available. After lot of effort reaching d2h customer care i was always told the system is down or disconnected intentionally, a very poor etiquette. After writing few mails i was instructed to activate online which i followed hopping the problem will get resolved. But in vain the problem still persists. Neither the dealer, d2h area service engineer nor customer care ever contacted to resolve the problem.
I now want refund of my entire recharged amount which i paid for the entire year. Also need the d2h set up box to removed & pay me the amount paid for the set up box.
These are the demands which i have made to customer which were taken lightly.
I am only left with option of getting the service out of my home or file a case in consumer court for my rights. Was this information helpful? |
GOVT MUST ASK DISH TV TO CLOSE BUSINESS OR HAND OVER TIS TO ANY OTHER EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER.
LIKE MOBILE NOS PORTABILOTY-DIRECT TO HOME DISH TV SHOUD BE MADE PORTABLE IMMEDIATELY.
