[Resolved] DishTV — deduction of balance after hold of connection | |||
dear sir i am costumer of dish tv HD my customer id is [protected]. i am one month holding of my dish tv account on 29june 2014. i called on customer care on 28 July to open my account the told me they open this account and after 15 minuets you vie the channel's. but after one day no channel was open i was caled again on 29 July the says your account have no balance but i am telling before stop of acoount i recharge the account the checked and say your account open after 15 days i told her i am not sending request to open any account they not any satisfactory answer.plz i request to you resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||
