[Resolved]  DishTV — delete add-on packs

Getting very bad, irresponsible service from dish tv customer care, raised complaint on 4th june to delete add-on packs but still not received any resolution on this. I recharged my dish tv for 3 months on 4 june and it's expired on 20 july, i was expecting 3 months + 1 month free service but it's expired within 1 month 15 days. Raised multiple complaints now they are not re-directing my call to dish tv customer care. I’ve a proof against your customer care executive regarding holding the customer for a longtime and disconnect the line as i record it in my mobile phone.
