[Resolved] DishTV — Didn't get offer benefit. | |||||
Hi, As i am new customer to dishtv i was supposed to get one month extra on my first recharge of four month. My VC number is [protected]. My base pack is Super Family (250). I received this offer from SMS and by also calling your number[protected]. I also got this offer on your online website's instant recharge tab. By this i have recharged with Rs. 1040 online but i was shocked when i got only 1040 balance in my account, as i was supposed to get one month extra. So i have called customer care and told them my concern and they are giving me pathetic excuses. One customer care lady told me that you have to recharge this pack on 11/01/2016. How could i recharge when i have just purchased dishtv, as i got this offer for my first recharge option. So they forwarded my call to supervisor and they put me on hold for 45 Minutes and then they told me you can not get this offer as i have HD pack activate. But as per terms and conditions i was supposed to get the base pack extra not the HD pack. Your own customer care operator does not know the Terms and Conditions and gives pathetic excuses. So, I suggest you to look into matter carefully and give me the one month extra. Was this information helpful? | |||||
