DishTV — Discrepancy in services | |
The switch off date for my account with VC number [protected] is 20/07/2021. Upon switching on my television and connecting to my DishTV today, i.e., 17/07/2021, my services were already switched off with a screen which stated the same. Even after having made a payment for the same today, my services have yet to be reactivated, while the screen on the television says that the same would be resumed 15 minutes after the payment was made. I received a message on my RMN still asking for the payment to be made, after having done so already - a screenshot of which has been added stating the time as 2:44 pm today. It has already been close to 6 hours since I made the payment and my services are still not active. I am appalled at the services we are constantly given by the company. It is only when a payment is required are the company's services ever prompt; but in the situation of a customer facing problems, there is never any response from the company. Even after being a subscriber for close to 20 years, their services are as pathetic as ever and they always have one of the worst customer service experiences ever, along with a hoard of spam phone calls every day, without an iota of proper service.
