[Resolved]  DishTV — dish dth not start service as per new rules of trai

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600069

I have been dish dth with vc no [protected]. I rechargedy account as per new tariff guidelines for ₹300 and selected my own package on 6th feb. But till today 8th feb, my service has not resumed and even after multiple calls dish tv could not resume. Please help to compensate with additional 2 days as per my payment date and take penal action against dish dth for negligence in service

thanks. but only the base pack has been activated. my alacarte channels have not been added. i have raised multiple request through sms and also online. The token no. is [protected]. Pls get it checked and acted upon.

From dishtv technical executive told that technician will visite in 4 to 24 hours but still not got any call from him also no any customer executive is receiving the call.
