[Resolved]  DishTV — dish tv account not refreshing

Dear sir/madam

I've recharged my dishtv on 01.08.2019. I have around ₹600/- balance in my dishtv account but my account is still deactivated.. I tried refreshing multiple time by giving miss call to dishtv helpline number but still not updating. Please help asap...

Very poor customer service . We have balance for more than 3 months and still showing Low account balance . Called customer care three - four times . No positive response .

We have called the customer care three times, refreshed account more than 5 times . Recharged for more than 700 rupees. I need my money back . Going to change the service . Very pathetic customer care
