DishTV — Dish TV call back issue | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I am a permanent customer of Dish TV. My Dish TV VC No. is [protected]. I usually need to contact in Dish TV customer care for various issues. Each time they are taking a lot of time in the phone call for resolving any issue. It consume the much cost of my phone calls every time. And there is no any toll free no. of DISH TV customer care that can be done from any registered mobile no. Sometime the customer care executives don't have the sufficient knowledge about the services & customer's complains also. Secondly, there's a facility of sending SMS (i.e. CALL ME at 57575) for receiving call back. But after sending the SMS, no call is received by me from their end or some time only single miss call was put on my phone that couldn't be picked. I am facing this issue from starting when I purchased the DISH TV connection. Even I have submitted this complain a lot of time but no required actions have been taken care by the customer care executives. It's falling down the company's reputation.
