[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv-complain number[protected] not resolved

I have registered a complain regarding signal not found on 21th june 2020 having complain number[protected]. But still it is not resolved. Neither any technician contact us even after repeated follow up with customer care. Corona virus cant be the excuse as here in my area we have unlock 1.0 so any technician can visit before 7pm. If it is not resolved this week i am going to file a complain in consumer forum for this kind of third class service. Later on i will replace dish tv connection with some other connection.
