[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv connection not working since long time and no response from dish tv | |||||
Hi, it has been more than 10 days that we are following up with dishtv to solve the connection problem but there is no proper response and resolution. We have paid all the required amount but still not able to see the channels. While talking to customer care, they always promise to get this done in 24 hours but then no calls, no visits thereafter. We have called more than 10 times to customer care and local sales office but then no one turned to be good and provided resolution. We are now reaching out to higher level at consumer complaint to broadcast this pathetic service from dishtv and customer dissatisfaction. We are residing in pune/pimple saudagar area (400117 area code) and registered with annual package from dishtv. After registration, it worked for 1 month and then after next payment it stopped working. I request dishtv to make his service more responsive and trustworthy.
