But no response. Trai also not supporting this about this issue. If i ask the subscription amount dishtv care told no refund. I have dishtv policy about not refund rules. But they are not ready to answer her with link.. First don't go and buy dishtv They are fooling people.. After buying connection.. Its happened to me.. After complaints here they are keep silent no use here.. Also First stop buying dishtv.. Dear trai, Check how they blaming customer's after recharged. They even nit check my status asking again to recharged.. Below answer from dishtv care.. Irresponsible answers there not able give the here. Blaming customer's easily through calls and mails again and again 20 days same story answer's. Target is money... Please look into this issue. Additionally, currently your vc status is deactivated hence you need to Recharge it. You can recharge your vc with minimum of rs. 100/- in which Processing fee of rs. 25/- along with 3 days pay later service will be Applicable as per your daily burn rate from next recharge amount.
