Hi We are not able to watch tv from last 4 days and raised complaints vide #[protected] &[protected]. Your people are not listening anything and are not talking even properly. I am using the connection from 10 years and last 2 years i am facing the continuous issues every now and then and every time i have to struggle like this to get the problem resolved and your technicians will not be having the proper knowledge as well. There fore i was planning to get this connection disconnected as no proper service is provided, but your people are straightaway saying as per company policy no refund for amount once paid to company. I feel cheated by this. No service and no money back. Request you to please take any proper action to help me out. Was this information helpful? | |
