[Resolved] DishTV — Dish tv dth connection not provided | |
I did an online booking for a new dishtv dth connection on[protected]. I was given a reference number[protected] and assured that the technician will call within 24 hrs. I didn't receive any call from technician, so i called the dishtv customer care on the 3rd day. The support guy told me that he will discuss with supervisor and arrange a call back. I didn't receive any call from supervisor. So i called back again, and after a small waiting period they connected me to the supervisor. The supervisor told me that the technician didn't call me since the climate is cloudy and will come for installation when the weather is good. I called the customer support again on[protected] since i didn't get any call from dishtv. The support executive told me that he will connect me with his supervisor. I requested him to consult with supervisor and give me a call back. Till date no one has called. I have recorded the last call with customer support. This is very annoying and insulting experience.
