DishTV — Dish tv expects me to send refresh command every day, without that I cannot see subscribed channel

Dish TV is just ###. I get 'channel not subscribed' error EVERY DAY. They are just telling me how to send a refresh command. For that moment it solves the problem, but next day I get same error.
Once in a while it's ok to refresh the account, but not every day!!
After paying for channel I just don't want to see this error. But ### at dish tv are not willing to fix this bug permanently :(

[I was out of station for a week, so replying late. I have sent email also.]

Only for one day I could see channel that I wanted. Next day same problem again.
I can see subscribed channel only after sending refresh command. But why I am required to send this command every day??

Issue is NOT resolved. Fix it immediately.

Hello,
I called your customer care people representative. She kept telling me "refresh command is sent, check now". My problem is "why I am required to send this command every day".
I called 4 times and talked to your 4 representatives. Nobody could understand real problem.

Unfortunately you people don't have technical skills required to fix this issue permanently. Looks like I have to move to Tata sky.
