[Resolved]  DishTV — dish tv is fraud company.

Dear sir,
I am a subscriber of dishtv. My v/c no is [protected] and this subscriber name is mr. Prosenjit roy.
When i recharge 250/- on 10/11/2017 trough paytm. After i login on the dish tv site then i understood the switch of date 22/01/2018.
I have called the distv customer care for temporary deactivation from 23 december to 1st january. But i am sorry to say that switch off date can not be extended by you. I want to acoount statement from january 2017 to january 2018.
Today i am calling customer care dish tv but employ's has missbehave to me. That's why dishtv is fraud company. Please call me. If you do not solve right now then i will send my complaint to the trai.

I recharge dish tv channel service my VC NO IS [protected] on 13/11/2020.and they show me 102. No Account Balance.then I call customer care on and they told me just your tv for 15 minutes your channel service will be after 15 min but nothing happen then I again call customer care service twice and they told same process.then I request to register technician and call attend told me technician come on 14/11/2020. I receive a call on 14/11/2020 and technician has my mobile no but they address me as another name and another address. Then again I receive technician call twice a day on my mobile no but they address me as another name and another address ...
