[Resolved]  DishTV — dish tv not telecasting dd chandana channel

I am having dish tv connection. Since october 2017 the operator is not transmitting dd chandana channel. Other dd channels i am getting except chandana. On inquiring the operator asked me to change the stb by paying extra amount. Kindly clarify whether it is mandatory for the private operator to transmit this channel or not? Kindly do the needful. My vc card number of dish tv is [protected]. I have already sent a mail to the dish tv operator for which he has not replied.

The STB is replaced by HD, on payment of Rs 600=00, now DD cahnadana getting okay
