[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv not working signal showing red in set top box and not green | |||
Hi I am a customer of dish tv and had taken non stop pack till 2020 april paid in advance. But every now new than my dish tv is not working and signal in set top box showing red and not turning to green even after repeated complaints. The same problem was there few months back too. When i call customer service they say we have to send technicians and you have to pay for service and dish tv set top box. It's a new connection and not even 3 years so why should i pay. Already i had paid in advance till 2020. So request to collect the same from my house and refund my hard earned money till april 2020. Was this information helpful? | |||
