DishTV — Dish tv pathetic service vc [protected] | |||
My Dish TV stopped working almost 10 days back and I had a Service Technician visited my house who replaced some hardware and charged 850 Rs, He tested and everything looked fine however just after two days I had same problem intermittent signal loss, I called DISH TV service center and logged another complaint, they had another technician visited my home and he is saying the complete Dish TV needs to be replaced for which I have to pay another 600 for set top box and around 600 for the Antenna, which in total is around 2000 rupees while as if I reinstall a new it will cost me 1750 Rs, Also I am using platinum pack and paying 450 every month, However if I ask for any refund they simply refund. This is my final resort to put this into DISH TV service management consideration, otherwise I will have no option but to stop using this service. Was this information helpful? | |||
