[Resolved]  DishTV — Dish Tv people

Updated by sugandha29 These people are making fool of customers. I have done a full year recharge with hd channels but all of sudden They have stopped the subscription of my hd channels. I have been calling their customer care from last 24 hours, everytime they just tell me to follow same technical steps again and again. The people sitting in customer care have no knowledge, they are just robots speaking the language which has been given to them in written. They even dont know what is the problem, as per knowledge i have told them that they have unsubcribed the hd channels but they are not ready to listen. I am very fed up from dish tv right now. I dont know what should i do now, as these dish tv people have my money, i already recharged my setup box and they are not giving me services as per their policy. Please take some strict action against these people so that they will not able to fool other citizens.
I have already made a complaint to them yesterday but there is no resolution still. My complaint number is[protected]
