[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv re-installation | |||
I have relocated from hyderabad to bangalore and raised a complaint on 12-may-2019 to re-install the dish tv. Dishtv executive informed me that within 1hr issue will get resolved and have followed up with several times. Its more than 48 hrs still my issue is open. Today morning i got a call from service engineer but he is from hyderabad. Just few mins ago again i contacted to the customer care (Anil kumar), he informed that service team is busy so dropped an email to the service team. Even the same thing was told yesterday by other representative. How careless the dish tv team? I don't know whether executives are able to understand the customer's complaints/needs. If they would have understood then i should have get a call from hyderabad and unnecessary they will keep call on hold saying they will transfer to supervisor when i asked them to connect to floor manager they will immediately deny saying they are busy on other calls.
