[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv recharge - technical issues could not be solved | |
As per trai guidelines, i wish to subscribe for the dish tv connection for an year, but after thought, i have thought of subscribing for a month and see no issues. To my surprise, dish tv customer care representative informed that dish tv has received the subscription by them and they have updated in their system whereas i am getting recharge alert in my tv that it will be switched off in a day. Instead of accepting the software glitches, he informed that there is a problem with the setup box an technician to be visited for which i need to pay for the visit. My argument is why i need to pay for the technician visit as there is no problem with viewing of channels but only there is glitches in the updating software. If such type of behaviour in resolving the issues of the customers, i have to think of disconnecting the dishtv connection after a month. My escalation no[protected]. People are calling daily and wasting my time without resolving the issues to the satisfaction of the customer. Earlier, the customer care team assured that there will not be any signal problems... But again the same issue has cropped up when i recharge the subscription... Was this information helpful? | |
