[Resolved] DishTV — Dish Tv - Regarding activate | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I have been experiencing since the past few months, My TV is not activated when I recharge. I called customer care multiple times, Nevertheless, my TV is not activated. I am very worried. The thing is that I recharged Rs 300 on dated 01st April, 2017 and I got msg to activate my tv and got my transaction details which are as follow- trans ID: VQ[protected] v.c no: [protected] amount: 300.00 date-time: Apr 1 2017 8:35PM status: recharge successful I called to customer care and sent message in "CALL ME" by 57575 at before 21 hours. No response has been made by customer care. Tomorrow, on dated 02nd April, 2017, I re-sent message in CALL ME by 57575, I responsed by Customer Care and complained regarding inactivate code 102. I have called several time by MissedCall on [protected] but no any response. My Dish Tv is not activated till date and till time. Please consider my request and solve the problem in any future. I inform you that I am going to complain in the District Consumer Forum, Raipur (C.G.) on dated 05th April, 2017. I am not happy to service of Dish TV team and I have had trouble somtime.
