Dear sir/madam, This is with regards to my online payment for dish tv. Attached the mail for the online payment and channel which were been selected or order. Also the channel not change on my dish tv set of box. Dish tv vc no. [protected]. My account next recharge date 29/06/2017. I made a payment of rs.3500.in the first week of june.
