Dear Sir, My VC no :- [protected] My monthly recharge amount Rs 365 Now customer msg come recharge with amount Rs 410 Music pack of RS 45 active Music pack active on 27 Feb 2017 after two days call to customer care deactivate the music pack customer care reply 30 day lock period i will take your request it will automatic de active after 30 days but after 1 month service not deactivate right now they are charge me Rs 45 very very good service give today date 07-04-17 call to customer care hold for 15 minute take my all details not give the proper reply & disconnect my call. call to customer care again hold for 15 minute take my all details not give the proper reply & disconnect my call. call to customer care again hold for 15 minute take my all details not give the proper reply & disconnect my call. 4 time call to customer care 1 hour in phone right now what can i do give the suggestion Very very good service.
