I am using dish tv since last 7 year, in the month of july2017 i was converted from dish to dish nxt hd at m/s kranthi traders, bobbili, vizianagaram dist. Ap. Cell no. [protected]. I have paid the amount to kranthi. But it is not working properly. I went to the above service centre so many times. But he is not responding.
He is saying that it is not duty. Go and complaint any where.
What it is, what dish tv service is this.

DISH TV SERVICING CENTRE ATM/S KRANTHI TRADERS BOBBILI, VIZIANAGARAM DIST. AP., MR KRANTHI IS OBJURGATING EVERY CUSTOMER, ON WHO IS FACING PROBLEMS WITH DISH TV. SO MANY CUSTOMERS OF DISH TV ARE FACING PROBLEMS WITH HIM.

I have dish tv on my home but i am not using it for long period and now i restart using it but it is not working i have also checked the signal it is in metre but box is saying signal not found please contact custmer care how can i resolve this problem

I ordered 605 channel that is star sports 2, but this channel is not seen in our TV.
