Siddh Enterprise, Anjani Complex, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, -tel.40301451 They took my set top box with VC nos [protected]-1, set top box no 6384 on 18, SEP 2016 with receipt no 10163 respectively. The name of the person who has taken the set top box is Mr. SURESH KUMAR

Till today we have not heard from DISH TV regarding the return of security deposit
