[Resolved] DishTV — Dish tv signal lost after "rain" | |||||
#dishtv#patheticservices#befoolingppl I am using dish tv from last 3 years and we are having 2 dishtv connections (Parent and child). As per the scheme floated by them, we made the recharge of 16 months and paid the full amount accordingly. Now, because of natural calamity (Due to rain, dish tv is not catching the signal), if any problem occur, it is their (Dishtv) responsibility to get it rectified. Now when i called customer care and their senior executives (Mr yogendra chauhan and shalini), they said we need to pay 230/- for technician visit. Because its my mistake that i recharged it for 16 months, so everytime do i need to pay 230rs for rectifying it whenever the rain comes?? This problem did not occur in past (From last 3 years).in previous 3 years (When we did the recharge for 3 months or 6 months), when ever this problem came, everytime dishtv rectified it for no charges. As this problem is because of rain and it can happen anytime. I cant understand why should i pay 230 as this fault is not from my side. Bigcheaters dish tv Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved It happens very frequently. The signal of TV goes off very frequently. It gives error "Faulty VC Error". When we call their Customer Care Executive, they start demanding charges for their Customer visit.
On one side they are charging for giving services in form of Recharge. So, its their duty to provide services for which they are charging in form of "Recharge".
If you cant provide proper service, just refund my balance and disconnect my connection.
Its your business to earn extra in form of customer visit charges and making others fool.
