DishTV — DISHTV Complusion - Harrasement | |||
My CV No [protected], some time back I saw DISHTV CHILD CONNECTION offer in which I have to pay 1300 for setup box and will get all channels of Parent Connection in Rs. 200 only. I paid 1300 and got child connection installled - but after 2-3 days I noticed that many channels are not available in child connection. On calling to customer care they say it is just like that - what else you could get in Rs. 200. I said fine then disconnect this Child connection - it is useless to me - I don't want this child connection. Now, they started saying this Child Connection was installed for free and now both connections will be terminated - only child connection cannot be terminated. I have spoken many times to customer care of Dishtv but no result. Kindly get me out of this harassment or let me know what else I can do to teach a lesson to these Dishtv people.
