DishTV — dishtv getting non stop promotional calls from dish tv

Since the time, i have taken subscription to dish tv, i have been receiving non stop promotional calls from them.
There is no specific time. Sometime they call while i am asleep or in an important office call or having lunch or dinner. This is the highest level of mental harassment.
I can't even express my displeasure on the call as all the calls play a pre-recorded promotional monologue. There is no one on the other side.

It has started affecting my personal and professional life.
Didn't expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from such a reputed company.

I want the calls to be stopped with immediate effect.
