[Resolved]  DishTV — dishtv have changed my plan and cut off my switch off date by 4 months without my consent

Our dishtv connection is on the name of mr. Surinder singh and our vc number is [protected]. We have multi connection. We did a recharge of rs 7999 on 28th nov 2018 which has all hd and sd channels working on it. Suddenly on 5th march 2019 our pack and switch off date got changed. On which we called dishtv customer care and told them about this. They said that it is not possible that our pack and date will get changed like this. They told us that it was us only who changed our own plan to only hd channels from all hd and sd channels plus got our switch off date cut off my 4 months. I mean why would we do that? We are not stupid to only get hd channels and get our switch off date down by 4 months. After 10 days they said we have checked call recording and found that it was their representative who made a mistake and changed our plan by mistake. So they agreed to fix our issue and provide us with wavier but it has been 34 days and nothing has happened till date. Everyday we call them about same and they say it will be fixed within 24 hours. We have talked with their senior managers aswell (Sonu, prabhas and kajal) and none of them was able to provide us with any solution. They keep saying that we have updated mail for same and waiting for approval. First of all they made this mess and now they mentally harass us for over 30 minutes over phone call after making us wait for atleast 25 minutes everyday and still unable to provide any solution. We just want all our hd and sd channels working with our switch off date back to normal i. E. 27th nov 2019. Kindly look into it and take strict action. Hope for a positive response from your side.
