[Resolved] DishTV — dishtv not working. showing 102 no account balance. | |
My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 23/02/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 07/04/2019. Receiver is showing "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the instructions from the customer care. Also unable to move to the channel to 96 as instructed by the cutomer care. I am attaching the picture of the screen which is displayed now.. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it. Registered mobile number is [protected].
