DishTV technician in PCMC area Mr. Dalavi has taken extra charges RG6 connector charges (120/- per connector which is available at only 20/- per connector as discussed with customer care executive ), at the time of dishTV fitting on dated 29th May. Even after refitting most of the channels showing no signal, trying to get in touch with dishTV customer service & technician, but both are not giving responses. Very disappointing & worst service by dishTV technician & customer care executive.
Requesting to refund 250/- extra charges taken by technician & arrange signals for all activated channels in my package. Was this information helpful? |
