I Priyabrata Behera is very dissatisfied by your user friendly customers care service. The reasons are below :
1 I wanted to see my tv programs by picking :pick by channel" for which I got the detailed process from cutomers care, which I follow & got a number (50245). After repeated follow ups made on daily basis finally today (after 3 days ) cutomer care people followed by seniors now in forming that they have made confirmation calls to me which I did not picked.
I agree I may not picked the calls due to my busy schedule. Still I have requested them with that it is too difficult to pick every & each calls to me, so from backend only they can activate my :pick by channel" service. But unfortunately they are saying again I have to follow the process from the beginning & wait for the call ( Chances of Deadlock is here as the process is again in loop).
1 Although I am following up on daily basis; by check my genuineness as customer you can facilitate my request from back end itself...or can arrange a call on next day for which I can wait. But now I am sorry to say that I will not again follow the process from the beginning to activate "pick my channel " service for which again I will have to wait more 3 days (24 working hour ) with no guarantee of satisfaction as the process is creating a loop
2 my concern is here that if I am a Full DND customer how can your people resolve the issue ?? which I told them.
3 After writing a mail to nodal officer an replay came "your numbers have been updated, kindly submit a fresh request for PBC" Here what is this PBC means to the customer ?? Was this information helpful? |
