DishTV — Distv recharge is not yet successful

Hi, My name is Bishnumaya Chetry VC no-[protected] I paid Rs 200 to the retailer on 11th Feb-2015 to recharge my distv, the successful message was also shown but still the status of distv is deactivate, I have checked my dis tv there is no problem in the Distv, I called many times in the customer care number but they said that it will be activated within 24 hrs But now its more than 50 hrs, Kindly do the needful ASAP.
