On line recharge done on 02/10/2016 for rs.2640/- (V. C. No.[protected]) for one year validity. After completing 9 months they are sending message through sms & tv display like "basis your last recharge of rs.2640, you are rs.78 short for availing 3 months of free entertainment. Just recharge today with rs.2718 for 9 months. Tnc". Why they didn't inform at the time of recharge itself regarding this shortage of rs.78 to avail 3 free months?. At the time of on line recharge they informed one year validity, but now they are telling you are recharge date falls on 18/07/2017.
