[Resolved] DishTV — dth pack changed from the family pack hd to one as per their wish. | |||
I had subscribed to family pack hd amounting to rs. 319/- per month. The next recharge date being the 15th of february. Yesterday, all of a sudden sony channel stopped coming, and then i opened the dish tv app on my mobile, to contact the customer care. Their app was down, slow due to which i wasn't able to do much on that. The toll free number was busy for the whole duration. And i couldn't do anything about the problem i am facing. There is no means to contact them. When i checked for my existing plan on their website, it showed a drastically different one which shows south channels also added and being a north indian i can never select it as i don't understand the language itself. And the plan costs about rs. 424/- per month. If they send messages and emails for the due recharge date, they should also have made an intimation regarding the changed plan. I have made several attempts to contact customer care but in vain. Requested for call backs through message multiple number of times since the call couldn't get through but i haven't received a single revert from them. I need a one on one with these people and get the facts right and straight. Also, i wouldn't pay rs.424/- for something i didn't select, didn't need and moreover didn't subscribe to. I am attaching the previous transaction history for the same, the new plan they have made active, also the multiple efforts. Was this information helpful? | |||
