DishTV — Fake HD channels

The following services claimed to be HD are actually available only in SD. The EPG guide lists them as HD channels, however they are the usual SD channels bearing false name of 'HD'. Chan Chan No. Name 3 Sab TV HD 11 Dish Box Office HD 13 & Pictures HD 14 Zee Action HD 15 Zee Classic HD 28 WB HD 35 Zee Cafe HD 36 AXN HD 37 Fox FX HD 38 Fox Crime HD 49 TLC HD 52 Animal Planet HD 55 Discovery Science HD 67 Zee News HD 75 ET Now HD 86 Zing HD 87 Zoom HD Since the above services are not HD, it leaves me with only 22 actual HD service against the claim of 39 HD services in the HD Royale' base pack (@ Rs. 599 per month) I have also attached some screenshots of the TV Screen showing SD channels running under false HD tag to prove my verdict.
