[Resolved] DishTV — false claims by dish tv customer representative | |||||
I received a call from dish tv that i can avail hd service starting at 100rs. Per month (25rs. For first month) with base pack as bharat pack. But now the are rejecting it that it is not possible to use hd pack with bharat pack and added family hd pack without changing base pack. I have recording of the call, and send the recording to their mail but received no response. Very bad customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
