[Resolved] DishTV — false flagging offer prices | |||
Vc no : [protected] I have recharged my dishtv on 16 march 2020. At the time of recharging they have shown some of the active services namely aayush active, shorts active and rangmanch active to be free (Rs.0/-). Then after 3 or 4 days i have got a message regarding the charge being deducted for those services collectively being 163.56 rupees. When i tried to to remove those services, they have been put in under lock-in period of 30 days. When i tried after 30 days i. E on 20 mar 2020, still i cant unsubscribe or remove those channels. This is absolute fraud and they wont accept any complaints or wont reply when mailed the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 20, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Along with this complaint here, I have also filed it on NHC portal(national consumer helpline).
I got a call from DishTV within hours (in response to the complaint on nhc portal) and I got refunded for the extra amount charged and all the 3 active services have been de-activated instantly. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

As the country is under lock-down, DishTV worked with less man power. So the delay in resoution and it is the reason of me complaining here so that they would communicate faster. As usual they conntacted me within hours and issue has been resolved promptly. good customer service from DishTV.
