DishTV — forcefully changed from non registered number

Address:Hadapsar,Pune

I have checked my profile and found there are some vas services forcefully
Activated in my account,

On telephonic conversation with dish tv they are simply denying the fact for forceful activation and also telling that these vas services not activated from dish tv
So please tell me i am a dish tv user and in my dish tv account some services are subscribed forcefully and if i want to complain regarding that so where i can do this.
Also as per dish tv reply mail they are telling vas services activated on my another number [protected] which is not my registered number on dish tv since long time, my registered mobile number is [protected]
Even i am login through this number and viewing the details also, so how can they subscribed services on my account from my another number [protected]
That means its force ful activation, and i am asking to refund my total amount.
