[Resolved] DishTV — Fraud Against Channel List | |||
Dear Concern, I Rupesh Kumar choose Dish TV for Entertainment on 21st Oct 2014. I have taken Dish TV from Dish TV not any other dealer. That time he gave me a printed paper with channel list. I have chosen "New Super Family" pack on 230/(with service tax). that time validity of this pack was showing 18th Nov, But it expires on 14th Nov(4 days before). When I complain to customer the person told you have activated a channel, due to this reason, it expired 4 days before. I was shocked without my permission how it happens. My another complain regarding missing of Sony Channels. The paper with channel list which I got from the employ of Dish TV, according to this paper, Dish TV provide me Sony channel, But he disconnected without any confirmation.
