[Resolved]  DishTV — fraud at dishtv

I was using dishtv from last 5 years and meanwhile i changed setupbox many times too. However this time i noticed that after i did 3 months recharge very same week setup box gets hanged after 15 20 min. But after restarting it works again for 15-20 min. So i complained dishtv. Their man came and without opening setupbox he said this needs to be changed. I asked him what is the issue with my setup box. As a technical person i can understand if thers some short-circuit it may be damaged but there's nothing as such, still dishtv wants to replace that box with new one with extra charges. As they know that i have already paid for 3 months. This kind of cheating is done by dishtv.

No channel after Recharge 20 days ago.
Customer care saying 4 times:- we will solve all problem in 24 hours. But thay not solve.i will completed again and again.
But no solve.
