[Resolved] DishTV — free channels are not free

I charged my dish with with rs 3468/ for one year and displayed on my account that switch off date is 22/08/2020 but during channel surfing i saw that btvi was not coming in my tv which was free. So i called from my rmn to dish tv to subscribe this channel. Then it was coming in my tv after some time but switch off date changed to 15/08/2020. Why this happened? Why all free channels are not subscribed in first recharge. Why switch off date was prepone to one week earlier while it was free.
