Dishtv — frequent failure of hd stb, refurbished

Using dish tv, till the normal stb was installed ok but after converting to hd stb, the frequent problems and failure of stb continues since they replace on chargeable basis refurbished stb@rs600/-, no option for new stb? More over during failure non watching days, no refund or adjustment on non watching days? I need either newto discontinue dishtv and want refund of remaining subscriptions charges already paid for 3 month.
