[Resolved] DishTV — hd add on pack not activated | |||||
On my Dishtv connection I had done recharge for hd channels which costs Rs. 220(including GST). But these channels are not activated. I got error 301 "CHannel not found". my sd channels are visible. I called customer care, they told me that your dish is not alligned properly, so I told them that 'This is not my fault. I want my refund as soon as possible.' but my request is not accepted.
