[Resolved] DishTV — hopper upgrade/information text too small to read!

Recently upgraded to hopper. Both my wife and i have great difficulty reading the information text. And, yes, we do have the large text button on. What else can be done to increase text size. At this point in time, the hopper upgrade is not functional for us as is. We need to have the text size increased so we can comfortably utilize the benefits of the hopper upgrade. Please do not sluff off this complaint. We, like so many of the aged population no longer enjoy perfect vision. Our growing numbers need to be a large concern for dish tv and its clientele. My count was not recharged and eventually I recharged it yesterday
The account for the dishtv is already recharged but as soon I turn it on they show no account balance and then it shifts on to signal not found
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible
