DishTV — Horrible service

On Apr. 22, 2015 I took 2 connections of DishTV for my residence. APEX MARKETING (SF) technician who came to install left the work unfinished on Apr. 22 & did not even reconnect my old cable connection. As I was left with no TV displays I made a severe complaint after which the same technician came to reconnect my old cable connection. The following morning the same technician came to install two dishes for my 2 TV's. He tried to cheat on the installation cost. On rechecking his installation cost he gave lame excuses for the mistake. As the all the channels of HD services were highly unclear on one of my TV's I made a complaint with Customer Care on 17.05.2015. The same technician of APEX MARKETING (SF) came in the afternoon to attend to the fault on 18.05.2015. He barely commenced his work when he started getting calls on his mobile. He worked for about half an hour when he quit working & said he would continue the day after as the following day was his off day. I received a SMS message saying "Dear subscriber your DishTV request No.17949935 has been closed successfully. ... " Seeing the untruthful SMS I lodged another complaint. I was given a Complaint No. & an SMS was sent to say that the technician would come between 12.00 noon & 13.00 hrs. on 19.05.2015. NO ONE CAME from APEX MARKETING (SF) on 19.05.2015. For the last 3 days the HD Services remain without proper picture. APEX MARKETING (SF) is a useless service provider. On complaining this to the agent who had provided me with the DishTV connection said that there were 3 or 4 more service providers but they were even worse. SO PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR DISHTV because their service is exceeding poor.
