[Resolved] DishTV — I am complaining about dish tv service provider

Due to fani cyclone my dish tv (Vc no [protected]) connection have been disconnected. Then i had complain to dish tv customer care on dated 01/06/2019. They told me they will come within 72 hour. After that they didn't come even canceled the complain repeatedly from there side and then i contact them again and again but they told me the same and no one had came till now. Also i had recharged my tv and now that money has gone total waste. Kindly help me on this matter.

Updated by Prince2008 My complain No[protected], My (Vc no [protected]). The technician has visited to our home but he has not done his job properly so that I am facing the same problem now. The technician has been taken the service charge. Now Whenever i called him, he told me that it is your set up box problem so it will be replace. He also told me that there is no Set box in your Stock from last 3 days. Just tell me one thing Your Company is a reputed company and You don't have set box in your stock. It is very shameful thing. Now My balance are going to be waste. Kindly resolve my Problem..
