[Resolved] DishTV — Automatic change of plan | |||
My vc no is [protected]. I have taken the connection in defence connection scheme (Para-military connection). With 25% discount on packages. I have taken the packs with game on hd. But today my hd channels are not working. Calling on care centre they told that my package is changed. N also my paramalitary conection to normal connection.. I havnt e-mailed to change my pack/plan. So pls tell me how the plan got changed automatically. My total pack is of 397 including hd channels. I have recharged for 397 on 15/06/17. So kindly change my plan back to my paramilatry connection plan. Was this information helpful? | |||
