[Resolved] DishTV — ill measures taken by company to avoid adherence to trai regulations. | |||
As per trai regulations, all the dth provider has to provide an option to customer to select channels on their own choice. We have been contacting the service provider from so long and they kept on saying that the scheme is not available, now when 31 jan has come, which is the last date to apply for your selected channel pack, they have deliberately slowed down their website server. As a result, i as a customer is not able to log in to my dish tv account to select the pack as per my need. This is highly corrupt and ill practice showcased by dish tv. They are waiting for the date to pass by so that we can’t access our right to select pack of our choice. I request you to take some actions against the service provider, and also extend the last date for applying the channel pack of our choice. Thanks Saurabh rawat Was this information helpful? | |||
